Software engineer · Gurugram, India

I turn slow, repetitive work into software, and I ship products people actually use.

I automate whatever wastes people's time.

And I ship my own software.

If I see a task twice, I turn it into a tool, in any field. That habit became a desktop app with 1,000+ downloads, a platform with 20+ paying customers, and automation 25+ engineers use.

My story →

If a job is slow, manual or repeated, I don't do it a second time. I turn it into software that runs by itself, so people can get back to the work that actually needs them.

Automate

Any field, any task. If it is repetitive or gets in the way, I script it, connect the APIs, and leave people only the decisions that matter.

Deal automation

Finds a deal, checks it with AI, posts it to Telegram.

A five-service pipeline on Docker Compose, with Prometheus and Grafana tracking what each service processes and which ones fail.

MVP plus WhatsApp ingestion. Analytics in progress.

More I've built.

Each one solved something I kept running into, mostly on evenings and weekends.

Swapnil Kumar at a cafe table with a chess game in progress

Still curious?

Off the clock I play chess, practise calligraphy and paint.

All three reward the same thing good software does: slow down, look properly, then move.
